Bombay Sapphire Gin Appoints Dr Anne Brock as Master Distiller
The world’s number one premium gin by value, has announced Dr. Anne Brock as its Master Distiller. Educated at Oxford University, Brock achieved a PhD in Organic Chemistry from St. Catherine’s college and joins Bacardi after spending four years as lead distiller for Bermondsey Gin Ltd.
A well-respected member of the gin community, Brock currently holds a position on the board of Directors at the Gin Guild and will bring her passion for the gin category to her role at the Bombay Sapphire distillery, based at the award-winning Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire.
Working alongside the Bombay Sapphire Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti, Brock will lead a team of 14 distillers who produce every bottle of Bombay Sapphire enjoyed around the world. Brock will be responsible for the production of the premium spirit and for fulfilling global demand for BOMBAY SAPPHIRE®. Brock comments:

The brand has also driven trade advocacy across key markets through The Glasshouse Project, an industry-leading programme now in its second year.
