Sipsmith Sloe Gin
Each year the team at Sipsmith make their vintage Sipsmith Sloe Gin by resting the award-winning London Dry gin on wild sloe berries, hand-picked in the autumn, for 3—4 months.
The result is a delicious and rounded handcrafted winter gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour. Smooth balanced sweetness, with hints of cassis, soft cherry fruitiness, and marzipan top notes.
Smooth enough to be enjoyed on it on its own, like a fine port with a cheese board, and flavourful enough to carry in a cocktail such as a sloe gin Negroni.
